Financial Assistance

Sibling Discount

Families with three or more children concurrently enrolled in Kindergarten to Year 12 receive the following discounts:

• 20% for the third child
• 30% for the fourth child
• 50% for the fifth child and beyond

Ministry Discount

Available to families with a parent in full-time Protestant Christian ministry. Conditions apply and an application process is required.

Staff Discount

Available to families with a parent employed by the College.

Special Circumstances Discount

In the event of the death of a parent, the College provides 100% fee relief for six months (or two school terms).

Pre-Enrolment Assistance

Families applying for enrolment who face financial hardship may apply for assistance during the enrolment process. This support is intended to make a William Clarke College education accessible to children who might otherwise be unable to attend due to financial constraints.

Please note: Applications for Pre-Enrolment Financial Assistance can only be made after submitting an Application for Enrolment and paying the Enrolment Application Fee.

Post-Enrolment Assistance

Families already enrolled at the College who experience a significant change in financial circumstances may apply for assistance. This support helps ensure continuity of education during times of financial difficulty.
